Drip Irrigation System

We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying of a wide range of Drip Irrigation System. These types of Drip Irrigation Systems mainly come with molded parts like emitters, poly valves and a variety of components of MIS. Our Drip Irrigation Systems also includes Disc Filters, Metal Screen Filters and Sand Separation. The use of this Drip Irrigation System enhances crop yields and also saves water which can be useful for challenging terrain, soil & water, improved pest, disease and weed control.

Process
Mainly, the polyethylene granules are fed into extruder for lateral- LLDPE Pipes. The polymer, which is melt from extruder barrel, is pushed by screw, passes through die & material acquiring pipe shape. Further, the calibration fixes the sizes and cooling through the tanks makes the pipe. The pipes are rolled into coils of 200 meters or as per the requirements. Molded Parts e.g. Emitters, Poly valves and various components of MIS are manufactured and arranged. Thus, all fittings required for Drip Irrigation system are available.

Functioning And Construction

• Water is pumped in mainline through Sand and screen filters
• To apply Fertilizer tank or venture is connected to mainline and is controlled by heavy duty valves
• Sub main Lines are laid for water to reach energy corner
• ISI marked laterals are connected to submarine with robust fittings while ISI Marked Drippers are connected to laterals near roots of plants
• Total area is divided in predetermined section
• The system controlled by valves to minimize the labor cost for the highest yields
