Process
The polyethylene granules are fed into extruder for lateral - LLDPE Pipes. The polymer melt from extruder barrel is pushed by screw passes through die & material acquiring pipe shape. The calibration fixes the sizes and cooling through the tamks makes the pipe. The pipes are rolled into coils of 200 mtrs or as per requirements.

Moulded Parts e.g. Emitters, Poly valves and various components of MIS are manufactured and arranged. Metal screen filters, disc filters, sand seperation are also available. All fitings required for Drip Irrigation system are available.

Salient Features:

Manjushree Drip irrigation system saves water upto 70% and irrigates larger area than any other irrigation system. This system keeps moisture in the roots and thus keeps soil soft. Any sohible fertilizers or pesticides can be given to plants directly by our system.

Water is pumped in mainline through Manjushree Sand and screen filters. To apply Fertilizer tank or ventury is connected to mainline and is controlled by heavy duty valves. Total area is divided in predetermined section. Submain Lines are laid for water to reach energy corner. Manjushreee ISI marked laterals are connected to submain with robust fittings while Manjushree ISI Marked Drippers are connected to laterls near roots of plants. The system controlled by valves to minimize the labour cost for the highiest yields.

• On-line emitters, PC,NPC & Anti leak as per IS:13487 of size 2,4,&8 lph for orchard & Tree Crops.
• Jets, sprayers Foggers etc. Of standard size for tree Crop,field crops, row crops, Nurseries & green Houses.
• Mini sprinklers & Bubblers of standard size for Tree crop, Field crops, Row crops, Nurseries, green house & shrubs.
