| We are an ace leading Polyethylene Pipe Manufacturer based in India. Our polyethylene pipe is made out of grade PE-63, 80 & 100. These PE pipes are suitable for water, chemical, effluent, sewerage, slurry, gas, salts solvent conveyance, plumbing & cable ducting etc. Our polyethylene pipe can withstand temperature & high pressure unaffected by heat and ultra-violet rays.
Process
Polymer granules fed into processing machine to extrude the pipes. The polymer melt from ext-ruder barrel pushed by screw passes through die & mandrel acquiring pipe shape. The calibrator fixes the size and cooling through the tanks makes the pipes rigid. These pipes are then either rolled into coils or cut into suitable lengths.

Polyethylene (PE) pipes are made out of grades LDPE / HDPE / MDPE (PE-63, 80 & 100) Virgin Polyethylene.
Good for Water, Chemical, Effluent, Sewerage, Slurry, Gas, Salts Solvent conveyance, plumbing & Cable Ducting etc. Can withstand temperature & high pressure. Unaffected by Algae, Heat and Ultra-Violet Rays. High abrasion resistant. Flexible yet strong. Available in straight lengths & coils.
