Process For Pipe
The Polyethylene granules are fed into processing machine to extrude the pipes. The polymer melt from extruder barrel is pushed by screw passes through die & material acquiring pipe shape. The calibration fixes the sizes and cooling through the tamks makes the pipe rigid. These pipes are thus either rolled into coils or cut into suitable lengths.

Salient Features
Polyethylene Pipes are made out of grade PE-63, 80 & 100. These pipes are suitable for water, chemical, effluent,sewarage,slurry,gas,salts solkvent conveyance,plumbing & Cable ducting etc. Can withstand temperature & high pressure unaffected by heat and ultra-violet rays. High abrassion ressistant, flexible yet strong. Available in straight lengths & coils.

Application : Sprinkler irrigation as per IS:14151 from 50mm to 110mm dia.
